Any eligible person age 18 or older (on the day of the Invitational, August 9, 2019), as long as either (i) you have graduated high school, or (ii) the class you would have graduated with has graduated.
Yes, the cost is $500* per person. Payment must be made online. You can pay via credit, debit, pre-paid, Paypal or money pak cards online at (all credit, debit, pre-paid, Paypal or money pak cards will incur an additional $4.50* processing fee in addition to the $500* participant fee.) All payments are non-refundable.
Registration fee includes an NBA G League practice uniform (jersey and shorts), grab and go meal and the opportunity to participate in a minimum of two games and be seen by official NBA G League executives, coaches, and scouts.

Each player will be assigned to a team consisting of other players participating in the Tryout and will play a minimum of two (2) 36-minute games during the course of the day. Team assignments and the schedule will be provided on-site. The focus of the NBA G League Player Invitational is on game play, not skill workouts.
Yes, NBA G League scouts will be in attendance.
At the end of the session, players will be notified by NBA G League Basketball Ops personnel whether they will be asked back for a future session.
Players can also participate in Team Local Player Tryouts across the country in September. Information on those tryouts can be found on the G League team websites.
The NBA G League Draft will be held on October 26, 2019. You will be able to follow along in real time on the NBA G League website.
Yes, participants will receive a grab and go meal at the end of the session. It is recommended participants bring snacks if they need to eat earlier in the day.
The NBA G League will provide water and/or Gatorade sports drink. Please bring anything else you need to play two 36-minute games (i.e. towels, sneakers, ankle braces, extra socks, energy bars, etc.).
No you do not. If you do have an agent, they cannot attend the Invitational.
There are no refunds for anyone who signed up and cannot attend the Invitational.
No. Select players who advance to invited workout have the option to stay at the event’s hotel for the nights of August 9th and 10th.
Yes, you must bring a valid photo ID, a copy of your paid confirmation and a signed waiver form at check-in. You can print the form (PDF) from our website:
Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver. You can print the waiver (PDF) at and bring it with you to the Invitational.
The NBA G League will not provide any transportation for participants.
The NBA G League will not provide or arrange any hotel accommodations for the tryout portion of the event.
The NBA G League Invitational is a closed event for the players to be evaluated by scouts and staff.
